Graphics Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks
2. Create social media visuals for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
3. Design internal branding elements, banners, presentations, and marketing materials
4. Work closely with the content and marketing team to align visuals with brand messaging
5. Ensure consistency in brand identity and design aesthetics across all materials
6. Experiment with new design trends, typography, and creative concepts to improve engagement

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
2. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
3. Ability to design for different platforms, optimizing visuals for engagement
4. A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
5. Motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus
6. Understanding of Product Management and related fields
