Job Summary:

The Graphic Design Manager will lead a team of designers to create visually compelling content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. The Graphic Design Manager will work closely with various departments to develop creative strategies and ensure that the visual elements effectively communicate the desired message.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Team Leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
2. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

b. Project Management:
1. Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
4. Understand project requirements and deliverables.

c. Creative Strategy:
1. Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
2. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and mediums.
3. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team's work fresh and innovative.

d. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, and Sales to develop cohesive visual content.
2. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and clients.

e. Quality Control:
1. Review and approve designs, graphics, and layouts before final production.
2. Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and standards.
