Growth Marketing Manager Job

As Growth Marketer at SharePal, you'll be the driving force behind all our marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll be in charge of creating a marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.

Ideally, all this will result in the acquisition, retention, and loyalty of customers. Ultimately, as growth marketing manager, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that SharePal can enter the next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work together with our founding team to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns
2. Identify growth opportunities and achieve growth goals for the company
3. Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Optimize landing pages and user funnels
5. Report on initiatives and projects to management and founders

You are a fit for this role if:

1. You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
2. You are skilled in experimentation (A/B testing)
3. You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools
4. You have a good working knowledge of Google ads and other PPC channels

Other requirements:

1. B. Tech/B.E/another graduate from a tier-I institute
2. 1-2 years of related experience in a startup environment
3. Entrepreneurial mindset
4. Strong analytical & leadership skills
