A GST Executive at Masters India will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
You must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You should be able to put yourself in clients shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

1. Maintain the highest standards of customer support to be provided
2. Continuous client success approach with zero attrition to be ensured
3. Filing GST Returns for enterprise clients
4. Providing Reconciliation Statements to the clients
5. Resolving queries related to E-invoice and EWB for clients
