Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival.
2. Handle inquiries and requests: Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Guest satisfaction: Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their comfort and anticipating their needs.
4. Coordinate with departments: Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations) to fulfill guest requirements and ensure seamless service.
5. Check-in/check-out procedures: Assist in guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth process.
6. Complaint resolution: Professionally handle guest complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
7. Feedback collection: Gather guest feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to improve service standards.
8. Maintain records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.
