Zivaya is a leading chain of spas and wellness centers across India. At our location inside Ahmedabad Airport, we are looking for someone to be responsible for guest engagement, loyalty, and added business at the spa outlet.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to talk to the guests in the lobby and restaurant area make them aware of the wellness programs of the spa, and also manage the front desk. Familiarity with event organization, knowledge of who's who in the city, and ability to connect with groups to ultimately help in increasing sales at the wellness outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visiting the lobby & reception area & interacting with guests.
2. Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner.
3. Handling all customer inquiries and bookings accurately and efficiently.
4. Following up with member packages.
5. Answering telephone calls and responding to email inquiries.
6. Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests, Ensuring the smooth running of operations.
7. Helping in maintaining cleanliness.
8. Facilitating monthly sales reports, and providing clerical support to the team.
