Guest Relations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Visiting the lobby & reception area & interact with guests
2. Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
3. Handling all customer inquiries and bookings accurately and efficiently
4. Following up with member package
5. Answering telephone calls and responding to email inquiries
6. Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests
7. Ensuring the smooth running of operations
8. Helping in maintaining cleanliness
9. Facilitating monthly sales reports and providing clerical support to the team
10. Approaching customers and convince them to buy the same

Requirements:

1. A good sense of ownership in getting things done.
2. The candidate should be super enthusiastic.
3. Should be well-versed in the art of storytelling.
4. Passion for sustainability and natural wellness products.
5. Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
6. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a cross-functional team.
