Roles & Responsibilities
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about projects and other services.
Prepare welcome folders & assist clients or Brokers with forms & collaterals/ brochures.
Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
Escorting the clients/candidates to the waiting lounge or area.
Look after arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients
Ensure customers are attended to on time regarding project details.
Maintaining customer updates on inquiries made.
Maintain database and MIS.
Maintaining the inventory/ stock of office pantry, and stationery.
Managing housekeeping.
