Guest Relationship Officer Job

3. Coordinate travel itineraries for guests, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences in our database.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
6. Assist with special requests or arrangements for VIP guests.
7. Monitor and report on guest satisfaction levels to management for continuous improvement.
