Sport Focus Investments Private Limited has been the Master Franchisor of The Little Gym USA for over 7 legendary years. Our adventure began in October 2014 in Kolkata, and we've conquered over 20 centres before facing the pandemic dragon. Now, we're back and stronger than ever, with 19 centres and a quest to reach 25 centres by the end of this financial year. Our grand mission is to spread our brand to 150 centres in the next 5 years, and our vision is to empower young heroes by boosting their confidence. We're on the lookout for merry, self-motivated individuals who thrive on challenges and are home in an independent and self-reliant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead epic quests by conducting classes following The Little Gym curriculum.
2. Be the hero kids need by engaging them in a fun and nurturing manner.
3. Converse fluently with parents in either the native tongue or English to share tales of their child's progress and the magic of our program.
4. Prepare diligently for each adventure, sticking to the curriculum and ensuring a well-organized quest.
5. Join forces with fellow adventurers and collaborate closely with the team. Rally the troops by calling or interacting with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and heroic milestones. Chronicle epic sagas of each child's progress with Q3 assessments. Safeguard the treasure vault by documenting sales Allocation and Petty cash.
6. Unite the fellow warriors to make basic calls to parents and unveil the mystery of child absenteeism. When you work somewhere this fun, it doesn't even feel like a job

The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a springboard to life's adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
