Lead HR & Admin role at out client place based at Gurgaon. Responsible for overseeing HR functions, admin operations, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. Full-time position with a competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for employees
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations
Lead and coordinate administrative functions including facilities management and office operations
Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and employee development
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR software
Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
