Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with our stakeholders and promote our mission.
2. Create engaging and informative blog posts that showcase our work and impact in the community.
3. Create compelling pitch decks for fundraising and getting funds from corporates for CSR
4. Manage all aspects of our organization's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
5. Collaborate with team members to create multimedia content for our website and other digital platforms.
6. Monitor and analyze communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and engagement to enhance our strategies.
8. Maintain a high level of English proficiency in all written communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and reports.
9. Engage with Media to ensure frequent updates are featured on various media channels to improve the credibility and visibility of The Atria Foundation and its work on the ground
10. Ensure effective communication internally to the foundation as well.
11. Create engagement strategies with communities. Fluency in written and spoken Kannada will be an added advantage but not mandatory
