1. Take full responsibility for leading and managing significant aspects of the school, under the overall direction of the management
2. Design the school s aims and objectives and implement policies
3. Manage staff attendance, and handle authorized emergency and safety procedures
4. Ensure upkeep of the school campus and ensure regular stock of school supplies
5. Develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans for the school
6. Generate inquiries and ensure increased student/parent satisfaction
7. Develop creative and responsive approaches to teaching and learning
8. Assist with the effective and efficient use of school management information systems and the financial management of school, admissions, and enrollment
9. Coordinate with the management for various tasks & activities related to the school
10. Supervise and evaluate school policy effects and act where necessary
11. Increase total student enrollments and conversion of new student enrollment
Salary: Rs.30,000 Rs. 40,000 per month
