1. To take full responsibility for leading and managing significant aspects of the school, under the overall direction of the management.
2. Design the school's aims and objectives and implement policies. Supervise and evaluate school policy effects and take action where necessary.
3. Manage staff attendance; handle authorized emergency and safety procedures.
4. To ensure perfect upkeep of the school campus and ensure regular stock of school supplies.
5. To develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans for the school. Increase total student enrolments and conversion of new student enrolment
6. To generate inquiries and to ensure increased student/parent satisfaction.
7. Develop creative and responsive approaches to teaching and learning.
8. To assist with the effective and efficient use of school management information systems and the financial management of school, admissions, and enrolment.
9. Coordinate with the management for various tasks & activities related to the school.
