Gharpayy is a fast-growing proptech startup revolutionizing the way people find and rent PG accommodations. We're on a mission to simplify the rental experience, offering hassle-free solutions and personalized services for tenants and property owners. Now, we are looking for a visionary Head of Growth to spearhead our growth efforts and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

As the 'Head of Growth', you will lead and develop innovative strategies to scale Gharpayy's customer base, drive user engagement, and enhance revenue. You'll work closely with the leadership team to build a data-driven, high-performing growth engine that aligns with our business goals. This is a key leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
2. Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and product initiatives.
3. Lead performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, influencer, etc.).
4. Build and manage a high-performing growth team, including marketers, data analysts, and sales professionals.
5. Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to optimize the user journey, increase conversion rates, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor key growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports to the leadership team.
7. Utilize data-driven insights to run A/B tests, optimize campaigns, and iterate on growth strategies.
8. Drive innovation through customer-centric approaches, refining Gharpayy's value propositions to meet market demand.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles, ideally within a startup or proptech environment.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
3. Track record of scaling user acquisition, increasing engagement, and driving significant revenue growth.
4. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
5. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
6. Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
