Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the mechanical design team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
2. Oversee the entire mechanical design process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural analysis, project management, and marketing, to develop integrated product solutions.
4. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for new projects.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices in mechanical design.
7. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
8. Willing to travelling Nationally and Internationally.
