Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts
Job Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: Up to 15 to 20 LPA
Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in finance and accounting roles

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.
Oversee the budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage financial risk and develop policies to mitigate risks.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the finance and accounts team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.
