1. Ensuring regular attendance by all teachers and helpers.
2. Monitoring daily performance of teachers and helpers to ensure quality of learning and care is being provided by each of them in a diligent and personalized manner.
3. Developing new age appropriate activities (in consultation with the mentors and academic consultant) that engage children in a playful manner.
4. Teachers (Leading the session activities while training the Teachers and Assistant teachers to become independent).
5. Discussing teacher and helper performance with the centre manager and giving feedback to each of them along with centre manager.
6. Ensuring timely intervention to prevent inappropriate conduct by teachers or helpers.
7. Interviewing new teachers to be recruited in the concerned session.
8. Guiding the staff for the work to be done during events & functions.
9. To ensure that hygiene of the toilets are maintained.
10. Timely discussion with staff if they are facing any problem & forwarding it to centre manager.
11. Ensuring timely training is been given to teachers on curriculum, discipline management, classroom teaching etc .
Specifications
4+ Years of experience in Pre-primary teaching & leadership role,
Hard core exposure with preprimary preferred.
Excellent verbal communication required,
Good with computer operating, Ms Office & Emails,
Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
