As a 'Health Claims Executive', you will be responsible for handling health-related insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming claims inquiries from clients via phone, email, or in person.
2. Assess and document claims information accurately and promptly.
3. Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear explanations of their coverage and what to expect.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to investigate claims and gather necessary documentation.
5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their claims and any additional information required.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Details:

1. Package: Up to 35,000 (based on skills and interview performance)
2. Experience: Maximum 1 year (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
