Key responsibilities:

1. Taking a thorough medical history from the patient, especially according to functional medicine approaches
2. Completing documentation of patient medical records, including questionnaires, prior investigations, clinical photos, videos, and other relevant outcome measures during treatment
3. Educating and counseling patients and their families, including lifestyle changes, through handouts and other media
4. Conducting or participating in outreach programs
5. Reviewing and maintaining patients' medical histories and records and recording patients' progress
6. Researching the latest treatments, innovations, advances, and trends in the medical industry, especially related to functional and lifestyle medicine
7. Coordinating with the research team to collect data for research studies and participating in the research studies
8. Participating in in-house professional training programs

Required:

1. A bachelor's degree in Ayurveda, homeopath, or naturopathy (BDS can also apply)
2. Registration in the relevant professional council in India (as applicable)
3. Certification in health coaching from a reputed organization
4. Training in motivational interviewing or other behavioral approaches
5. Clinical work experience of at least one year is preferred
6. Strong analytical and technical skills
7. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
8. Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills
9. Fluency in spoken and written English
10. Working knowledge of several Indian languages is preferable
11. The ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy
12. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office

Note: Training will be provided for functional medicine for the first 3 months and a stipend (10,000 per month) will also be given for the same.
