Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Akshar Staffing. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications And Skills
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment
Knowledge of healthcare roles, responsibilities, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Roles And Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes to effectively source candidates.
Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to achieve recruitment goals.
Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
