Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its recruitment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in recruitment data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
