Job Responsibilities for reference
Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Use a range of instructional strategies to impart knowledge to kids, such as storytelling and educational play.
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum.
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the childrens background and psych.
Cool-tempered, friendly, reliable, and balancing between a creative mind and a practical acumen
