Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client servicing by answering calls, pitching events packages and closing sales
2. Work on coordinating and supervising events such as proposals, birthday parties, date nights, corporate events
3. Work on administrative tasks including billing and invoices for clients
4. Work on managing vendors/suppliers and handling negotiations
