Key responsibilities:

1. Manage guest house operations effectively, ensuring quality service and smooth functioning.
2. Oversee canteen operations, handling meal volumes ranging from 400 to 1,000 meals per service period.
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Implement and manage basic and mandatory HR practices at the project site.
5. Ensure optimal cost control management and best practices for site operations.
6. Supervise suppliers and establish efficient store management practices at the project site.
7. Implement health and safety practices in compliance with HACCP and FSSAI standards.
8. Submit invoices promptly for services rendered under the scope of work and ensure timely collection of payments.
9. Establish a service-oriented culture and set high standards to enhance the service user experience.
