Hotel Management Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Clean rooms as per the standards ensuring a defect-free room
2. Equip all rooms with linen and amenities
3. Report any missing or broken property to the supervisor
4. Reports all lost and found items
5. Ensure high standards of cleanliness
6. Maintains hygiene standards by building awareness of cleaning facts and chemicals used
7. Maintains high levels of personal hygiene
8. Follows periodical cleaning schedules
9. Ensure that the trolley is kept clean, tidy, and well-equipped in the proper position
10. Stand in coordination for single-point entry
11. Reports maintenance problems to the supervisor
12. Ensures that the floor, corridors, and exits are in order
13. Ensures the upkeep of all the equipment

Requirement:

1. Should be helpful and courteous to principals at all times
2. Should handover over important messages and requests to the supervisor
3. Knowledge of proper utilization of the housekeeping attendant s trolley
4. Be familiar with the super room cleaning procedure
5. Be aware of the complaint handling procedure
6. Must be thorough on fire and safety procedures.
7. Follows up on any assignment handed over by the supervisor
8. Performs any other duty assigned by the supervisor
9. Abide by company policy and decision
10. Any other responsibilities assigned to you from time to time
