Pineapple Guest House, a division of hotels under the Fakih Group of Companies is looking for a hotel supervisor for our newly running hotel near AVM Studios, Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing the daily operations of the hotel including training, scheduling, and supervising staff members
2. Ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience at the hotel through regular contact with customers
3. Overseeing the financial operations of the hotel such as revenue management and labor costs
4. Assigning rooms to guests based on availability or preferences as indicated in reservations
5. Supervising the activities of employees at the front desk to ensure that they are greeting guests in a friendly manner and answering any questions they may have regarding hotel policies or services provided
6. Ensuring that all guests are safe and secure while staying at the hotel
7. Ensuring that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed
8. Coordinating with other departments such as marketing to streamline operations
9. Reviewing guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them
1. B.Com in any specialization, B.B.A/B.M.S in management, BHM in hotel management
