This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. Roles and Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures.
Provide personalized assistance and information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain an organized database of reservations and guest profiles, updating information as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure that guest expectations and satisfaction levels are consistently met.
Identify opportunities for up selling to enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue.
Report on reservation trends and feedback to management to support decision-making and improve services.
