Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior-level Hotel Restaurant HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will manage HR activities for our hotel restaurant operations, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills
Employee relations experience to handle employee issues and promote a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
Performance management skills to assess and manage employee performance effectively (Mandatory skill).
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective process management (Mandatory skill).
Experience in recruitment to source, interview, and hire suitable candidates tailored to our needs.
Proficiency in training and development to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
Understanding of labor law compliance to ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards.
Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mediate workplace disputes effectively.
Experience in benefits administration to manage employee benefits programs and ensure employee satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations and encourage a harmonious workplace environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Facilitate training and development programs to improve employee skills and competencies.
Address employee grievances and mediate any conflicts that arise in the workplace.
Administer employee benefits and ensure comprehensive communication about benefit programs.
Collaborate with management to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
