Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for our retail operations in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the retail facility.

Qualifications and Skills
Customer service: Ability to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management (Mandatory skill).
Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping staff and other departments to maintain a high standard of cleanliness (Mandatory skill).
Leadership: Provide direction and support to the housekeeping team, fostering a productive work environment.
Attention to detail: Ensure all areas of the retail facility meet high standards of cleanliness.
Time management: Allocate time efficiently to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
Organization: Maintain an organized schedule and work environment for the housekeeping team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the retail facility.
Train and mentor new housekeeping employees to perform their duties efficiently.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure their proper use and storage.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to housekeeping services.
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures.
Maintain records of housekeeping activity and report any issues to management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
