We are seeking a dynamic 'Communication and HR Specialist' to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, maintaining our digital presence, ensuring cohesive internal communication, and supporting HR initiatives across the organization in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the recruitment process, including job Description, postings, resume screening, Interviewing, and compensation Packages.
2. Coordinating employee onboarding, training, and development.
3. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies and procedures.
4. Administering employee benefits and payroll processing.
5. Maintaining employee records and conducting performance evaluations.
6. Finalizing a comprehensive HR manual consisting of policies
7. Managing office operations, such as record management, equipment maintenance, and mail processing.
8. Coordinating travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event planning.
9. Answering and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries with management advice
10. Responding to inquiries and providing administrative support to staff.
11. Developing and implementing office attendance, policies, and procedures.
12. Assisting in facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
13. Planing and executing events such as workshops, training, and initiatives that promote the organization's objectives
14. Developing and managing internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
15. Using strong organizational and time management skills.
16. Managing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
17. Maintaining HRMS, employee records and documents
18. Managing team communication, expenses, conferences, and offsite

Advanced Excel
Earn certifications in these skills
