HR Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
2. Work closely with department heads to allocate and optimize human resources across different projects and teams.
3. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including accurate calculation and timely distribution of salaries and benefits.
4. Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
6. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
