Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience working in human resources, specifically in the hotel industry. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in the HR field, preferably in the hotel industry.
Proficiency in managing employee relations (Mandatory skill).
Strong understanding and implementation of HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill).
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill).
Proven experience in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Expertise in training and development to ensure continuous employee growth and alignment with company objectives.
Sound knowledge of performance management including setting KPI's, conducting evaluations, and managing appraisals.
Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and negotiate beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Cultivate a positive working environment by managing employee relations and ensuring employee welfare and satisfaction.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current laws and regulations.
Organize and manage training and development programs to foster a growth-oriented environment.
Earn certifications in these skills
