Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
5. Nurture a positive work environment
6. Assess training needs, apply, and monitor training programs
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

2. Postgraduate with an MBA

3. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive

4. Demonstrated experience in Human Resources metrics

5. Expertise in talent acquisition, HR administration, human capital management, and employee engagement

6. Ability to be collaborative and performance-focused

7. Knowledge of HR systems and databases

8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
