Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter (IT Recruiter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and a passion for finding top talent. You will play a key role in identifying and hiring the best IT professionals to meet the growing needs of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified IT candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Familiarity with HR databases and management systems.
