HR Executive- Payroll Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
2. Calculate bonuses and allowances
3. Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
4. Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
5. Report on payroll expenses-nation
6. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
7. Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
8. Answer questions about compe

Requirements and skills:

1. Compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
2. Proven work experience as a payroll officer
3. Hands on experience with HRIS and accounting software
4. Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
5. Good knowledge of labor legislation
6. Time-management skills
7. Ability to handle confidential information
