Requirements

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration processes and procedures.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in using HR software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to focus on tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think and make sound decisions based on data and best practices.
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively with employees at all job levels.
- Professional development: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of HR.
