Job Description :

Designing, supervising PMS- Performance Management System

Identifying gaps & suggesting Training --- L & D
Programme

PayRoll management

Formulating & Executing Reward & Recognition programs

Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs

Desired Education :MBA, PGD-HR

Desired Skill set :
Excellent knowledge of HR practices.
Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.

Desired Experience : Minimum 7-10:years experience as HR Generalist manager in pvt.ltd. mfg.Co.

CTC: Up to 15 LPA (Can be a Negotiable for Relevant Experience Candidates)
