Qualifications and Skills

MBA- HR

Expertise in talent acquisition (Mandatory skill) is essential for identifying and recruiting top-tier talent to drive organizational success.

Experience in performance management processes to effectively evaluate and develop employee competencies, ensuring continuous improvement.

Capability to design and administer robust performance management systems (PMS) that facilitate employee development and accountability.

Proven track record in fostering employee engagement initiatives promoting a positive, motivated, and highly productive workforce.

Strong expertise in learning and development (L & D) to build and deliver training programs that elevate employee skill sets.


Job Description:

Lead the HR department, overseeing all HR activities and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and culture.

Strategize and execute talent acquisition processes to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent that meets organizational needs.

Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate relevant feedback sessions.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Oversee learning and development programs, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth for all employees.

Experience-
minimum 10 yrs as a HR Generalist in reputed manufacturing company

CTC Range- 15-18 LPA

Residents of Thane & nearby central/ Harbour Railway areas only apply
