Job Description

HR is responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Admin oversees the maintenance and management of office facilities, including buildings, equipment, and utilities. They ensure a safe and productive work environment for employees.
HR manages relationships between employees and employers, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. They may also handle disciplinary actions and grievances.
Admin handles administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment, and mail services. They may also coordinate office layout and design, as well as office relocation if necessary.
HR identifies training needs, develops training programs, and organizes workshops or seminars to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. They also oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
