HR Operations - Contractual (6 Months) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Produce offer letters, contracts, and associated documentation for prospective new joiners
2. Provide payroll changes inputs for monthly payroll
3. Manage the terminations and resignations process
4. Produce sickness reports as required from our systems and advise the P&C team of levels recommend, course of action to the P&C advisory team and produce documentation as agreed
5. Produce reports on probationary periods, send reminder emails to line managers, and produce confirmation letters as agreed
6. Respond to reference requests: employment, mortgage, rental, etc.
7. Process family leaves maternity, paternity, adoption, etc. in accordance with the firm s policies
8. Maintain accurate and well-ordered electronic files
9. Produce documentation supporting annual processes, such as; annual salary review, bonus scheme, and promotions, as instructed by the UK P&C team
10. Update success factors as required following these processes
11. Report any systems issues, for example, access and reliability, to the manager as soon as possible

Requirements:

1. Freshers or candidates with an experience of 0 to 2 years working in an HR shared services team or operations
2. Excellent skills in Advanced MS Excel including extensive reporting, Macros, and VBA
3. Should have good communication skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Quick learner
