About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
2. Identifying improvements in the workflow/processes and collaborating with the team to implement necessary changes
3. Maintaining official documentation, onboarding process, and basic accounts keeping
4. Creating a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement, and driving change by responding to business requirements
5. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information
6. Assisting in the planning of company events
7. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
9. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

Skill(s) required

Accounting English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel Operations

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Knowledge of onboarding system

Knowledge of documentation

Knowledge of account keeping (MS-Excel), proficiency in MS-Excel

Experience in handling assets management and grievances

Completed graduation or result awaited in commerce (B.Com/M.Com) field

Only male candidates from NCR preferred

Experience of 0-1 year in HR operations

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
