1. Invoice management & client agreements: Oversee the preparation, tracking, and processing of client invoices, ensuring compliance with agreements and timely payments.
2. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
3. Employee policies, documentation, and engagement: Develop, implement, and maintain employee policies, handle documentation, and foster employee engagement initiatives.
4. Office management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies, and general administrative support.
