Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & talent acquisition:

- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage job postings on various job portals, including Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
- Develop creative job descriptions and recruitment campaigns using ChatGPT & Canva.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR operations & generalist activities:

- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle grievance management and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
