HR Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the complete recruitment life cycle.
2. Working on action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
3. Handling different types of it requirements
4. Working on client interaction & client coordination.
5. Working on full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment.
6. Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
7. Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing the company's own data base, job portals i.e. Naukri.Com, Monster, Shine and networking tools such as LinkedIn
8. Conducting HR interviews to check the candidate's suitability for the requirement
9. Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of interview
10. Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports like tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports to be sent to the delivery head and top management
11. Planning and structuring of job advertisements, job portals & mass mailing
12. Advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Required:

1. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
2. Experience :- 0 to 3 years (IT & non IT recruitment)
3. Working days:- 6 days working structure (Sunday fixed off)
