Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, Scoping, and onboarding candidates
2. Source of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal database
3. Effectively using the personal network, built-up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
4. Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and shortlisting candidates
5. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
6. Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
7. Effectively built relationships with employees
8. Must be enthusiastic and initiator
