Key responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates from various job portals.
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidate.
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings.
5. Coordinate interviews and assessments.
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
7. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
8. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
9. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
