As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to meet the firm's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business verticals to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment within the accepted TAT.
2. Manage talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention through appropriate interventions.
3. Utilize sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
4. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess cultural fit.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Develop competitive job offers in collaboration with hiring managers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
7. Perform additional HR business partner responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant non-IT recruitment experience.
2. Looking for candidates with long-term career intentions without frequent job changes.
3. Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
4. Prior experience in service-based companies is preferred.
5. Basic knowledge of Excel and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
