Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The role is full-time and requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, contributing to the overall growth and success of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively source potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
Candidate Screening (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in screening resumes to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
HR recruiter (Mandatory skill): Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices to manage recruitment effectively.
Interviewing: Competence in conducting face-to-face and virtual interviews, assessing candidates' fit for the role.
Negotiation: Skillful in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with potential candidates.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
Talent Acquisition: Expertise in identifying, attracting, and appointing suitable candidates to meet client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screening resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates for interviews.
Arranging interview schedules and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Conducting initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' qualifications and suitability.
Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future reference and opportunities.
Providing regular updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment status and progress.
