Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates.
2. Design effective recruiting strategies and source candidates via various Job platforms and websites.
3. Screening and reviewing resumes to identify the best-fit candidates.
4. Conduct screenings and interviews, Coordinate schedules, Administer assessments and reference checks.
5. Presenting a shortlist of top candidates to hiring managers.
6. Negotiating job offers and salary packages with selected candidates.
7. Collaborating with the WorkScout team to align hiring needs
